We want you to shop with confidence at Virellova. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after your return has been received and inspected.

Please note: final sale, clearance, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
